Hi, I’m Stephanie Viscounte—a licensed Realtor, entrepreneur, and proud mom. Becoming a mother changed everything for me. It deepened my purpose and inspired me to create a business that allows me to be present with my little ones while still doing what I love: serving others in the real estate world.

My passion is rooted in service—supporting agents, simplifying processes, and showing up with heart. That passion led me to launch Boss Mama Closers, a transaction coordination business designed to help real estate professionals grow with confidence and ease.

I also founded The Real Estate Mom Shop, a digital download store offering time-saving templates and tools for real estate agents who want to elevate their marketing without the overwhelm.
My mission is simple: to help agents thrive and create space for other moms to do the same.
